Synergy

From the Audio book "The 7 Habits for Managers" by Dr. Steven Covey

Habit 6 : Synergize

Synergy is Creative Cooperation. It is NOT compromise!

Three Processes of Synergy:

1. Define criteria for success.

2. Create a "prototype" and a "countertype" from ideas. A "proposal" for the solution and a
"counter proposal" for ideas opposing your proposal.

3. Synergize a 3rd alternative. A new and better solution. Better than the prototype and countertype.
